About Us
The Haywood Group was founded by Dustin Haywood, who serves as the firm's Chief Executive Officer. Dustin is a results-driven strategic healthcare executive with a corporate and entrepreneurial background. With his extensive experience in business strategy and creative problem-solving at the executive level, he is dedicated to making your goals a reality. Dustin brings a unique approach to his leadership philosophy and has extensive experience working in non-profit, for-profit, and for a publicly held company.
A few of Dustin’s notable accomplishments are:
Served as the Chief Operating Officer, while in office, the company grew from $45 million dollars to $80 million dollars in annual revenue serving 2,000 patients daily and 1,500 employees. A billion-dollar healthcare system acquired the company, and Dustin was retained to complete the integration.
Founded the largest Young Adult Program for survivors of Burn injuries and Disfiguring scars in the Nation and raised over $1.5 million dollars to support this initiative.
Recognized for outstanding and invaluable service to the community by Congressman Jim Bridgestone.
